1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of the website and services of Dream Body Wellness Spa("the Spa"). By creating an account, booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you accept these terms.

2. Services

The Spa offers in-person beauty and wellness treatments (massages, body and facial treatments, laser hair removal, among others). Services are provided exclusively at our premises, at the scheduled date and time.

3. User account

Booking requires an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments are booked based on published availability.
• You may cancel an appointment from your portal within the minimum notice period shown when booking. Timely cancellations release the session so it can be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session, at the Spa's discretion.
• The Spa may reschedule appointments due to force majeure, offering new dates at no cost.

5. Packages and sessions

• Packages include a fixed number of sessions of one service at a set total price. Individual sessions are charged per session.
• Packages are personal and non-transferable.
• Package sessions are scheduled subject to availability; the package price covers only the sessions included.

6. Prices and payments

• Prices are published on the site and may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.
• You can pay online by card (processed by Stripe) or in person at our location (cash, card, transfer or other accepted methods).
• All charges are one-time payments; we do not run recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Services and packages with an outstanding balance must be paid before or at the time of the corresponding session.

7. Refunds

Payments for delivered sessions are non-refundable. For unused sessions or packages, contact us: we review each case and may offer rescheduling, credit toward other services, or a refund where appropriate.

8. Health and contraindications

You are responsible for informing us of medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies or any relevant situation before receiving a treatment. Post-operative treatments may require medical authorization. The Spa may decline a treatment if it considers there is a risk to your health.

9. Limitation of liability

Treatments are performed by trained staff following professional practices. The Spa is not liable for reactions arising from omitted or inaccurate health information provided by the client.

10. Intellectual property

Site content (brand, texts, images) belongs to Dream Body Wellness Spa and may not be reproduced without authorization.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
