1. Controller

Dream Body Wellness Spa("the Spa") is responsible for the personal data you provide when using this site. Contact: ceo@ragotech.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: full name, email, phone (optional) and password (stored encrypted; never in plain text).
• If you sign in with Google: we receive your name and email from your Google account. We do not access your contacts or any other data.
• Service usage data: booked appointments, purchased packages and payment history (amount, date and method).
• Card payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the payment confirmation.

3. How we use your data

• To manage your account, bookings and packages.
• To record payments and keep your account statement.
• To contact you about operational matters (confirmations, schedule changes, reminders).

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share data with

Only with the providers required to operate the service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe — online payment processing.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and industry-standard security.

5. Cookies

We use only technical session cookies, required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for the periods required by accounting and tax obligations regarding payment records.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to ceo@ragotech.com. You can update your name and phone directly from your account.

8. Security

We apply standard security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, role-based access control and database-level access rules that prevent one client from seeing another client's data.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for people over 18. Minors may only receive treatments accompanied and authorized by their legal guardian.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
